At SVS Foods, we prepare and pack all products with utmost care to ensure quality and freshness. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to resolving genuine issues promptly.

1. Return Eligibility
Returns will be accepted only if:
- The product is received in a damaged condition, or
- You receive a wrong product or incorrect item
Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at the time of placing the order.
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Incomplete address
- Wrong phone number
- Customer unavailable at delivery
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed based on the condition of the returned product.
In such cases:
- Return shipping charges will be deducted
- Handling charges may be deducted
- Refund may not be 100% of the order value
If the product is damaged or not in resalable condition upon return, refund may not be applicable.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and food safety reasons:
- Opened or used products cannot be returned
- Perishable items such as pickles, podis, sweets, ghee, oils, and honey cannot be returned unless damaged during delivery
4. Initiating a Return
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Refund Policy
If your return request is approved:
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds will be completed within 7–10 business days
For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer.
6. Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to a damaged or incorrect product, SVS Foods will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

SVS Foods reserves the right to update or modify this policy without prior notice.
